Dastan & Salar Aghili

It was just another beautiful night with the traditional melodies of Persian music wonderfully performed by Dastan ensemble and Salar Aghili. The Alumni Theater was packed mostly by people who have been here for many years and have chosen to listen to their motherland rhymes and partly ameliorate their feelings.

دمی با غم به سر بردن

جهان یک سر نمی ارزد

به می بفروش دلق ما

کزین بهتر نمی ارزد

به کوی می فروشانش

به جامی بر نمی گیرد

زهی سجاده ی تقوا

که یک ساغر نمی ارزد
