IAESTE IRAN

It is going to be the 6th general conference in which the Iranian delegation attends after being re-established in 2001 with a 22 year delay of its discontinuation because of the Islamic revolution. IAESTE is the an international organization for the exchange of students for technical experience. With more than 90 member countries and around 4000 exchanges annually, IAESTE is the largest of its kind. IAESTE Iran which is based at the University of Tehran provides services to students of member universities all over the country. Check www.iaeste.ir for more information on how to apply. Selected students will spent a couple of months in the host country in a company or a research institute. Students just pay the travel cost and the employer would take care of living expenses. Some countries provide the opportunity of exposure to a world class work such as Sweden and Germany. Others give you a unique cultural experience such as Brazil and Kenya.
