Good or Bad!

Let's imagine that we live in a world where all people are honest, trustful, helpful, nice, and happy and in one word they are GOOD. Don't you think that in such a world, these humanitarian attributes have no meaning and in fact being GOOD is not an asset? So, does it mean that there must be a BAD?
