Would you mind?

Few years ago, I used to find a table where someone is sitting after grabbing my food in a restaurant and start a conversation. I made so many friends this way. Similarly was the case in other occasions such as in a museum or during a conference.

The other day, I was at Subway and got a daily special as usual. But, I frustratingly felt so shy or scared to go on one these tables and sit in front of another student. This actually made me think the whole day; what is happening to me? I still have a great impetus and I feel confident enough to move a conversation once it starts. However, the fact that a self-resistance is forming in me against confronting people alerted me in the sense that this can lead to a sort of personality decline.

I remember how she was describing the psychological flashback in one’s life and correcting the current behaviors by rearranging what that happened in the past. At the end of the day, we are responsible for what we do anyways.

is it necessarily that? is it necessarily the fact that your personality is being altered by the environment? Or is it frustration because you can't be yourself... I think from my experience actually that it's frustration from not being able to express yourself the way you are AND not being able to be yourself and act accordingly. This too frustrates me.... so muuch... the outside is a facade... its whats on the inside that is real.. don't lose what you have... you are not the problem.. sure we all have problems in life and personalities that we may try to "correct" but you can't correct something that is of a norm to you...it may intimidate people to go up to them and talk to them... but that's because they've never felt that positive energy before. I have lived this time and time again in my life... and unfortunetely I also get that feeling... the same reaction.. you never know who you might run into these days :( But if there was a perfect solution to going back and fixing the problem... I among some would be the first ones to make it a sell out of a product... in any case... its true that they say: do what you feel, say what you want.. but that's a utopian world... however you should never lose sight of your heart... your kindness and your sincerity :)
