Past, Present and Future

Where do we really live in? We gain experience from our previous days and we think a lot about future, our dreams that keep us going. Is this what we do at present? I remember she never wanted to keep any photos as they were reminding 'gone' memories. She had absolutely no idea where she is going to? All she wanted was to enjoy the current 'moments'. These ideas does not seem to have anything in common. Life has become strangely illusive in our ideas. The more I try to find a simple explanation for this whole evolving, the less I get anywhere. My dream is to stick to an idea or a concept that is not altered through time. Is there honestly such a thing?

I had this discussion the other day unintentionally with this radical guy. It was really shocking for me to hear that an engineering PhD student in Canada thinks that all those who are not practically Muslim will be punished by God in the judgement day. I just remembered how rebel I was to went through the whole painful converting process to clean my mind of beliefs that had no wise explanation to me. I can not hide that he made me reevaluate myself again, which of course was resulted in an increase in my confidence about the way I have chosen to continue my life. I did not argue at all. I just listened. People have their own way of finding the truth. But no one is allowed to impose these ideas on others. There is a reason that human beings are created to live together.

I wish I had gained this maturity long time ago. Well, at least I recognize the difference now.
